Peer · steroids for your revenue intelligence
Priced on the read, not the seat.
Nobody logs into Peer. It is a data layer your AI assistant consumes, so you are not buying access — you are buying a graded, evidenced read of each rep’s demonstrated skill. Two components: the Standard, your subscription to the universal sales-skills standard itself, and the coverage licence, the delivered read per rep under management.
1 · The Standard
The same for every customer, whatever your size — because the standard itself is the same for everyone. The versioned universal sales-skills standard, its calibration evidence, drift monitoring, and API and MCP access.
2 · The coverage licence
The delivered read, per rep under management. The rate steps down as you grow, and each band applies only to the reps in it — so adding a rep never raises what you pay for the others.
| Reps under management | Licence, per rep per month |
|---|---|
| 1–99 | £36 |
| 100–249 | £33 |
| 250–999 | £31 |
| 1,000+ | £29 |
What that comes to
Find your size. Every figure below is the Standard plus the banded licence — nothing else to add.
| Team size | Per year | Per month | Per rep, per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 reps | £28,800 | £2,400 | £1,152 |
| 50 reps | £39,600 | £3,300 | £792 |
| 100 reps | £61,164 | £5,097 | £612 |
| 250 reps | £120,540 | £10,045 | £482 |
| 500 reps | £213,540 | £17,795 | £427 |
| 1,000 reps | £399,516 | £33,293 | £400 |
The cost per rep falls the whole way — from £1,152 a year at 25 reps to £400 at a thousand. There is no step, no cliff and no band boundary where growing your team costs you more.
The 12-month term is paid once, upfront: by card, or by invoice on 30-day terms above £40,000 a year. Month-to-month with no commitment is billed monthly and costs 20% more. On either term, calls beyond your pool are billed monthly in arrears.
ENTERPRISE PRICING IS PUBLISHED, NOT “CUSTOM”. AT A THOUSAND REPS YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBER BEFORE YOU BOOK THE CALL.
The allowance, and what happens past it
Assessment is automatic — you do not choose which calls get graded, so you cannot ration them. Charging per call would bill you for your own meeting culture. So every plan includes 25 assessed calls per rep per month, pooled across your whole organisation, because the rep who records three calls a month and the rep who records seventy are on the same team. Beyond the pool it is £1.75 per assessed call, billed monthly in arrears. Usage is visible over the API at any time and you are alerted at 80% of the pool — no invoice should ever be a surprise.
WHAT COUNTS AS A CALL — ONE RECORDED SALES CONVERSATION, ASSESSED END TO END: SANITISED, GRADED COMPETENCY BY COMPETENCY, EVIDENCE ATTACHED, RETURNED TO YOUR STACK. RE-RUNS OF THE SAME CALL ARE NOT RE-CHARGED.
The coverage report
One call surfaces a fraction of a rep’s skill — different conversations surface different competencies, and the read builds up over a quarter. Rather than make a claim about that, we measure it and show you: every quarter, for every rep, how many distinct competencies Peer returned a graded read on, broken out by framework level, against the competencies available in the frameworks they were assessed on. Coverage is thinnest at the hardest competencies and we would rather you saw that from us than found it out later.
Add-on for Peer customers
Blind Human Call Grading
The blind human read on the calls Peer grades — available to Peer customers: trained assessors grade whole calls blind — against your scorecard, the Peer Standard, or both side by side — with the evidence attached and one call in five double-marked.
- Standard cycle — 150 whole calls, quarterly — £6,500
- Enterprise cycle — 300 whole calls, per-team reliability reporting, for 250+ reps — £11,500
- Baseline — a one-off read of three calls per rep for a chosen cohort — £40 per call, minimum 150
Calibration setup included. Quarterly is the default; twice-yearly and annual available.
Peer + Blind Human Call Grading: Peer at the rate card plus four Enterprise cycles, committed for the year and billed per cycle — for 250 reps, £166,540 a year at list or £136,405 as a Founding Partner.

Calibration Pilot — £7,500
Eight weeks, up to 25 reps. Connect a recorder, grade a real quarter of calls, one Blind Human Call Grading cycle, and a readout to your leadership team. Credited in full against year one if you proceed within 30 days.
Founding Partner · ten organisations · closes 31 December 2026
25% off list, held for three years.
Ten organisations, and we will say when the tenth signs. Not a year-one discount that resets — the rate holds for three years. You get a quarterly session with the lab on your own graded data, input to the standard’s roadmap, and a named place in the next study if you want one. In exchange: a reference conversation and permission to cite the engagement — not your data. Licensing your graded observations into PeerLibrary is a separate workspace setting: it is on by default, you can switch it off at any time, and switching it off changes nothing about your Founding Partner terms.
What does Peer grade against?
The universal sales-skills standard — one standard, the same for every customer, built to be parsed and ingested by AI. That is what makes graded moments comparable across organisations. You keep your own scorecards and methodology; Peer does not replace them. Blind Human Call Grading is the one place your own framework is used.
Why is there a Standard fee as well as a licence?
Because you are subscribing to a maintained reference, not renting software: the versioned standard, its evidence, and drift monitoring. The licence covers the delivered read per rep.
Why is the allowance pooled?
Because call cadence varies enormously between reps on the same team. A per-rep cap would be breached by a handful of people while most of the licence went unused. Pooling means the team is measured as a team.
Can we pay monthly?
Growth and Scale, yes — monthly rolling is +20%. Enterprise and Global are annual.
Does Peer replace our conversation-intelligence platform?
No. Your platform has the macro view — the whole call, the whole pipeline, what happened. Peer adds the micro view: the graded moment, with the quote and timestamp that earned it. Your assistant gets both.
What happens if we go over the pool?
Assessment carries on — it never pauses. Overage is £1.75 per assessed call, billed monthly in arrears, and you are alerted at 80% of the pool.
