Privacy Policy
Who we are
Peer and peerlab.ai are operated by ThinkWork Startup Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14427406, incorporated 18 October 2022). Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. For UK GDPR purposes ThinkWork Startup Consultancy Ltd is the data controller for account holders and billing contacts, and a processor for the call participants whose conversations a customer organisation asks us to assess — that organisation is the controller for them.
What we hold
Your account email and name; your workspace's rep list (names, work emails, roles); recorder credentials (encrypted at rest); and the structured observations Peer produces from your calls — competency, grade, evidence quotes, timestamps. Full transcripts and recordings are never retained: they are processed in memory during grading and discarded. The evidence quotes inside your observations are the only durable excerpts, held behind your tenancy.
What leaves your workspace
Only anonymised observations, only if corpus contribution is on (see Terms — it is the default and switchable in Settings). Names, companies and identifying context are stripped before contribution. Blind re-marking, where sampled, sees the anonymised form only.
Processors we use
Anthropic (assessment models), Stripe (billing), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (network). We run first-party analytics on our own pages — no third-party trackers, no ad pixels.
Access, deletion, questions
Workspace admins can export their corpus at any time. Email [email protected] to delete a workspace and its data, or with any question about this policy. We'll email account holders about material changes.
