Terms of Service
Short version, in plain language. By creating a Peer workspace you agree to these terms.
The service
Peer grades your sales calls into structured observations against Peer’s universal sales-skills standard. Workspaces are set up after a call with us. Plans, the pooled allowance of assessed calls included with each, and the per-call overage are as published on /pricing; assessed calls beyond the allowance are metered.
Corpus contribution
On by default. Anonymised observations from your workspace contribute to the shared Peer corpus — the cross-customer reference set that keeps grading calibrated for everyone. Contribution is anonymised before anything leaves your workspace: names, companies and identifying context are stripped. You can switch contribution off at any time in Settings → Corpus; while it is off, corpus features (the corpus view, exports, API and MCP reads) are unavailable to your workspace. Assessment itself keeps working either way.
Your data
Your calls, your people, your grades stay behind your tenancy with full context, visible only to your workspace. Full transcripts are never retained — they are processed in memory and discarded; the evidence quotes inside your observations are the only durable excerpts. Blind re-marking, where sampled, is performed on the anonymised form only.
Fair use & the boring parts
Don't upload calls you don't have the right to process. Keep your API keys secret; you're responsible for activity under them. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service. The service is provided as-is during this launch period; liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We'll email account holders about material changes to these terms.
