The verified skills passport for salespeople.

LinkedIn skills are self-rated dots. Gong dies the day you leave. PeerPal turns your real calls into proof of skill you own for life, and a game that makes you better. The platform is already built. This round funds the growth.

01 · The ask, in 20 seconds

What this round is,
and what it isn't.

The raise
Raising £500k pre-seed in Peer Skills Ltd, SEIS + EIS, HMRC advance assurance approved.
The perk
SEIS investors get 50% income-tax relief; EIS 30% above the SEIS limit, and any growth is tax-free.
What it funds
Go-to-market and self-serve rep onboarding, not building the product. The platform, the engine and the standard already exist.
What you back
PeerPal, the lead product for individual reps, with Peer and PeerLibrary as the built-in expansion into organisations.
Next step
Book a 20-minute call, the data room opens after we talk.
02 · The problem

Sales skill is invisible,
unowned, and unprovable.

A trillion-pound profession runs on gut feel about who's good. Fix how skill is measured and owned, and you own the category underneath every sales tool.

LinkedIn "skills"

Your proof is a list of dots you gave yourself.

No evidence, no standard, no credibility. Recruiters know it and ignore it. There is no trusted way to show you can actually sell.

Gong · Chorus · the org stack

The record of your best work isn't yours.

Every call you ever nailed lives in a system your employer controls and you lose the day you leave. Your track record resets with every job.

How reps improve

You get better with no map and no mirror.

"Work on discovery" is not coaching. Without a named skill, a standard, and a way to see progress, improvement is guesswork, and it doesn't stick.

What we're building

Proof you own, and a game that makes you better.

Real calls, graded against a real standard, into a portfolio that's yours for life, plus the mechanics that make getting better something you want to do.

03 · The moat

Anyone can grade a call.
Almost no one can grade it truthfully.

Gong owns the recordings. PeerLab owns the standard that judges them, a practitioner-built rubric refined over a career, not a prompt written last week. That is what makes "verified" mean something, and it's the one thing a competitor can't clone by copying a screen. Recordings are a commodity; the standard is the asset.

15 years · at the coalface

Built from real deals, not a lab.

From cold-caller to Chief Commercial Officer: real teams, real deals, refined into an explicit rubric of skills and competencies, then 127 frameworks across the motions reps actually run.

The engine

Reads a real call like an expert would.

Grades each call against the right framework and returns the evidence, the exact quotes and the "why" behind every grade. Not a score; a defensible judgement. Two years already turned into working software.

04 · The proof

Proof, not projections.

Not projections. What is already true today.

05 · The plot twist

Most pre-seed rounds raise to build the product.
We already built it.

The assessment engine, the standard, the verified portfolio, the games, the org platform, done and working. This round doesn't buy an MVP. It buys distribution: getting PeerPal into the hands of the reps who need it.

06 · What's built

One product for the rep.
One upgrade for the org.

PeerPal is the front door, bought by individual reps. Peer is what their employer buys once a team is hooked.

PeerPal · The Vault

Verified skill portfolio you own forever.

Your real calls, graded against the standard, become a portfolio recruiters can actually trust, with the evidence behind every grade. Portable, private by default, yours for life. Your employer can't touch it.

PeerPal · The Console

Getting better, gamified.

Ranks, quests, seasons and skill mini-games turn improvement into something reps come back to, the retention engine a portfolio alone can't provide.

PeerPal · Spark

Your personal skills coach.

Conversational AI that coaches on the skill beneath each call, career, role and results, never "what to say in your next deal." Skill mastery, not sales tactics.

The upgrade · Peer

The org-controlled version.

When a team is already on PeerPal, the employer buys Peer: the same engine, org-controlled and compliant, dashboards, cohort comparison, and PeerLibrary, the licensable data business underneath.

07 · How it compounds

A bottoms-up wedge
with enterprise economics.

Reps adopt individually. Adoption clusters inside companies. The employer pays to see the team, benchmark the market, and license the corpus. Slack's shape, for sales skill.

01
Land

The rep pays

An individual buys PeerPal for the verified portfolio and the game. Self-serve, viral share pages, rep-owned data.

02
Cluster

Reps bring reps

Leaderboards and shared proof spread inside a company. Density becomes a warm enterprise signal.

03
Expand

The employer pays

Policy and control needs convert rep demand into a seat-based Peer sale, the org-controlled version.

04
Monetise

The data moat pays

PeerLibrary turns the aggregated, consented corpus into a licensing business.

Copy one surface and you have nothing. The value is in the standard and the arrows between the surfaces, and we own both.

08 · The market

Everyone else sells to the org.
We start with the rep.

Sales-enablement is a crowded B2B category fighting over the same buyers. B2R is a different door, and a beachhead the incumbents structurally can't enter.

Millions · the crowd

Reps who want to prove it.

Reps carry their career across employers and have a personal reason to own their proof, independent of who they work for.

The beachhead

SME → mid-market, deliberately.

Reps in smaller, less-governed orgs can self-serve their own calls. Enterprise data is admin-locked, so we start where the rep can act. Above the wedge sit the £320B+ training, analytics and data budgets that Peer and PeerLibrary open up.

09 · The team

Who's building it.

Founder & CEO

Greg McCallum

Fifteen years in the arena PeerPal is built for, from cold-caller to Chief Commercial Officer, building the standard the company now runs on framework by framework. Head of Sales at Booksy UK, taking it from pre-product-market-fit to cash-flow positive; CCO and advisor to dozens of commercial teams. An AI-native builder who designed and single-handedly runs the platform, directing a 28-strong AI workforce. Hosts Founders Unplugged (tens of thousands of weekly views), a direct line to the exact people PeerPal serves. The rare founder who lived the problem, codified the solution, and can both build and sell it.

10 · The round

What the raise unlocks.

The product is built, so none of this rebuilds it. Every pound goes to reaching reps.

Not a build budget, a distribution budget. The engine, the standard and the platform are done. This round takes a finished product to the reps who need it, and stands up the self-serve path that lets an individual go from sign-up to a verified portfolio without an employer in the loop.

Illustrations, not forecasts. SEIS/EIS reliefs depend on your circumstances and HMRC eligibility; multiples are hypothetical and no one can promise them. Capital at risk, you could lose everything. Seek independent advice.
12 · The exit

How you get your money back.

Early-stage shares are a stake, not a savings account. The realistic routes to liquidity:

From 2027

Secondary in a later round

The most common early exit, later investors buy out early ones when a larger round lands.

4–7 years

Strategic acquisition

Sales-tech, HR-tech and credentialing platforms buy category tools with real skill data and rep supply. Gong, LinkedIn, Salesforce and the enablement suites are all natural homes.

The long game

A category-defining independent

The biggest outcome is not selling early. A trusted skills standard becomes infrastructure the whole profession runs on.

13 · It's been done before

We're not claiming their outcome. We're walking a proven path.

LinkedIn
A CV → the professional identity layer

Owned professional identity for a billion people. But skills stayed self-reported, the gap PeerPal fills with verified proof.

Gong
Call data → a multi-billion category

Proved calls are gold. But the data is employer-owned and dies with the job. We make it rep-owned and portable.

Duolingo
Gamified skill → a public company

Turned dull practice into a daily habit for hundreds of millions. The Console applies the same mechanics to sales skill.

Credly
Verified credentials people carry for life

Portable, verifiable credentials became standard in tech. Sales has no equivalent, yet.

14 · The door

2

FAQs

What exactly am I buying?
Equity in Peer Skills Ltd, the company behind PeerPal and the wider Peer platform.
Why is this different from every other sales-tool raise?
Two reasons. The product is already built, this is a distribution raise, not a build raise. And the go-to-market is B2R: sold to individual reps, not fought over in the enterprise sales-enablement scrum.
Why now?
The platform is finished and the wedge is clear. The window is turning rep demand into a self-serve motion before the category consolidates. The product is finished, the standard is validated, and the round is open now.
Isn't the market crowded?
The B2B sales-enablement market is. The rep-owned, portable skills-passport market doesn't exist yet, that's the point. Incumbents own employer data; we own rep-portable proof and the standard behind it.
What about the SEIS/EIS tax relief?
The round is SEIS and EIS eligible, with HMRC advance assurance approved. SEIS gives 50% income-tax relief on the first £250k invested and EIS 30% above that, and qualifying gains are tax-free. Relief depends on your own circumstances, so take independent advice.
Is my data safe?
Consent, ownership and erasure are built into the platform at the foundation, reps own their data and can export or delete it at any time.
Risk warning. Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.
