# Weekly Prospecting Activity Scorecard

> The leading-indicator tracker: touches, connects, and meetings booked, broken out by channel, built to catch a slump 2–3 weeks before it shows up in pipeline.

Free scorecard/rubric for sales managers. Topic: [Cold Email, LinkedIn & Social Selling](https://www.peerlab.ai/library/topic/cold-email-linkedin-social-selling/). ## How to use it

Fill in the table every Friday from the sequencing tool and dialer logs, compare each row against its benchmark and red-flag line, then walk into the weekly 1:1 with the specific row that's off, not a general "how's prospecting going."

## What's inside

- Fill-in weekly table: Email, LinkedIn, Calls, Video, Combined outcomes
- Starting-point benchmark ranges per channel (calibrate to your own data)
- Red-flag threshold for each metric
- 4 diagnostic red-flag patterns (volume-fine-but-zero-replies, etc.)
- 5 weekly 1:1 review questions tied directly to the scorecard
- Guidance on how many weeks of data before a trend is real

Activity volume tells you effort. This scorecard tells you where in the funnel that effort is breaking down: which is the thing that actually predicts next month's pipeline, not this week's dial count alone.

## Red-flag diagnostic patterns
Use these to turn a bad number into a specific fix, not a vague "try harder":

1. **Volume on track, replies flat for 2+ consecutive weeks** → messaging problem, not a volume problem. Run drafts through the Cold Email Copy Review Scorecard.
2. **High reply rate, zero meetings booked** → CTA problem. The reply ask isn't converting to a booked slot.
3. **High connect rate on calls, low conversation-to-advance rate** → opener/script problem, not a dialing problem.
4. **Meetings booked but no-show rate above 20%** → qualification or confirmation problem, not a scheduling one.

## Weekly 1:1 review questions
1. Which row is furthest below target this week, and is that the first week or the third?
2. Where in the funnel did the drop happen: sent, opened, replied, or booked?
3. What's one thing you changed this week, and what did it do to the numbers?
4. Is this a volume problem, a messaging problem, or a targeting problem, pick one.
5. What's the one row you're going to move next week, and how?

**Trend rule:** don't act on a single bad week, one week of data is noise. Two consecutive weeks below target on the same row is a real signal worth a coaching conversation.
